All jewellery is shipped via Australia Post
by either Express Post or Platnum Express Post. All deliveries are 5 -15 days. Although we ensure that delivery
times are met, there are some circumstances that are out of our control (for example, if an item is out of stock at the
time). We will always keep you in contact with the situation. If you require your purchase URGENTLY please check
with us first.
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of $10.00.

and purchase our items. By purchasing you automatically agree to our terms, claims and warranty conditions.

Gold shall not be liable for costs incurred by any person to obtain professional advice relating to these terms and conditions.
In the event that any term or condition, detailed herein is found unenforceable or invalid for any reason, such term(s)
or condition(s) or claim(s) shall be severable from the remaining terms and conditions. The remaining terms and conditions
shall remain enforceable and applicable. If an issue arises that is not included in these terms and conditions a new term
and condition will be added to this document by Coyote Gold and the new term and conditions will be enforceable and applicable
to the issue raised.
Coyote Gold reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to at any time without
prior notice or justification, change these terms and conditions, content and/or services from this website.
CLAIMS
(ONLY for defective, or incorrect merchandise):
If Merchandise is defective, or otherwise damaged in any way, the
manufacturer will promptly replace the merchandise with an identical replacement item. If the merchandise was incorrect,
and not what was indicated on your order or our invoice, then we will promptly send the correct item that was originally ordered
and pay to have the incorrect item returned.
Defective merchandise must be returned to us with a piece of tape indicating
the location of the flaw or stain.
Shipping will be reimbursed for defective merchandise only.
Additional items
cannot be shipped with exchanges, but must be placed as a new order.
RETURNS, Customer Initiated Returns (for
unwanted merchandise):
Customer-initiated returns are returns made because the customer does not want the item
for ANY reason, including "doesn't fit", "didn't like it" or "not what was expected".
Returned items MUST NOT be worn. They must be in new, and re-sellable condition. Items returned that are not in re-sellable
condition will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
ALL customer-initiated returns including items ordered
as samples will be charged a restocking fee. The restocking fee is $5 per item and return postage is $11.
The shipping
cost to return the item(s) to us is the customer's responsibility. - We recommend that items are shipped in a way that
can be tracked.
Credit will be issued after the items are received, and inspected to ensure the items are in new,
and re-sellable condition. (This may take as long as 2 weeks after we receive the items) Credit must be used within 7 days.
Warranty replacements
All 18 Carat gold Layered and filled products are guaranteed not to tarnish , discolour
or fade.
If you have any problems with our items simply return the item along with a $10 note (p/h charge) and a copy
of your invoice (as this will not be returned) and guarantee slip and send to the address on the guarantee slip.
